Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and quality of our products and services. We offer a comprehensive refund policy that addresses various types of purchases, including standard artworks, custom orders, and digital products.

Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the artwork. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. This policy ensures that our customers have ample time to evaluate their purchase and make an informed decision.

For custom or commissioned artworks, we offer a partial refund of 50% if the customer cancels the order before completion. This policy acknowledges the time and resources invested in creating custom pieces. However, no refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed and delivered, as these pieces are tailored to the specific preferences of the customer.

All sales of digital art designs and elements are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property of our digital products and to ensure that our customers receive high-quality, unique digital art designs and elements.

The item will be despatched in 5-7 days if it is completed, with tracking No. and insurance.

Confirm Size, Color Tone, Materials, and Framing
Work with our designer to determine the ideal size, style, and color scheme that best complements your space. You can also select preferred materials, framing styles, and other presentation details to ensure the final piece aligns perfectly with your vision and environment.

If a change in size affects the original composition, we will provide three alternative layout options for your review. Please check your email and respond with your selection within 3 days to avoid production delays.

Browse our gallery and choose a piece that aligns with your vision as the foundation for customization.

2. Confirm Size and Color Tone
Work with our designer to determine the ideal size, style, and color scheme that best matches your space.

3. Choose Materials and Framing
Select the materials, framing style, and other presentation details to suit your preferences and environment.

4. Payment and Delivery
Once the plan is confirmed, proceed with payment. All fees include the image licensing fee listed on the artwork page, as well as customization charges (including packaging, shipping, and insurance).
We will then arrange production and delivery on schedule, ensuring your artwork arrives safely and securely.

Regarding the resolution of our artwork, to accommodate various output size requirements, our image files will have a width of 5000 pixels or higher. This ensures perfect clarity for large, medium, and small-sized artworks, and high-quality support for extra-large format printing.

1. Personal Use License (Single Use): $99 CAD

• Scope of Use: Strictly limited to the client's personal residential wall decoration.

• Usage Restrictions: Strictly prohibited for any form of commercial use, including but not limited to: commercial premises decoration, product packaging, advertising, promotional materials, brand identity, trademarks, or the production and sale of merchandise.

• Customization Service: Includes one-time customization and optimization of image size, tone, etc., to better suit the client's specific spatial requirements.

2.  Commercial Use License : $199 CAD

• Scope of Use: Strictly limited to interior wall decoration . Applicable to the following non-chain locations:

  • offices, studios, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, clinics.

• Usage Restrictions:

  • The artwork is to exist solely as an interior wall art piece for the specified premises.

  • Strictly prohibited from being used as the establishment's brand logo, trademark, or primary promotional image.

  • Strictly prohibited for product packaging, advertising, promotional materials (except as a background in on-site photos), or the production and sale of merchandise.

  • Strictly prohibited for any form of secondary design, derivative product development, distribution, or resale.

• Customization Service: Includes one-time customization and optimization of image size, tone, etc., to better suit the client's specific spatial requirements.

• Other Notes:

  • This license is a one-time purchase, valid permanently within the scope specified above.

  • The artwork may not be modified or subjected to secondary creation in any form (except for the included customization and optimization mentioned above).

  • The artwork may not be distributed, resold, or shared as a digital file to third parties.

3. Art Derivative Design License: Quote on Request

• Core Definition: This is an extended license that, based on client requirements, permits secondary design, modification, combination, or application of the artwork to new products or designs for commercial purposes (e.g., production and sale of derivative products).

• Customization Service: Includes one-time customization and optimization of the artwork's size, tone, etc., to better suit the client's specific product or design requirements.

• Applicable Scenarios: When the client wishes to use your design for:

  • Printing on merchandise for sale (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, stationery, wrapping paper, etc.).

  • As a new product design element (e.g., furniture surface patterns, textile prints, digital templates, etc.).
